TAKE A MOVEMENT BREAK FOR YOUR HEALTH
Muscles need a break - not only from strenuous work, but also from continuous, low-level activity. Taking breaks can help alleviate static positions or repetitive motions.
The key to is to take breaks before pain and fatigue set in.
Determine areas of the day or within your workflow that have natural pauses. Use those pauses to perform the activities below. Even taking a few breaks throughout the day will help.

Complete 10-15 reps of each exercise.
Complete each stretch for 20-30 seconds.
