VIRTUAL GROUP FITNESS
In an effort to keep our employees moving, Balanced You is offering complimentary virtual fitness classes to King County employees. .

Core Conditioning, Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:00 - 5:50 p.m.
This class focuses on the muscles of the trunk of the body using power, strength, and stabilization exercises like woodchops, planks and glute bridges. Perfect for combatting the effects of sitting at a desk all day. Heavy floor work with minimal jumping is involved. Exercises are taught at an intermediate level with variations suitable for all fitness levels available.
Yoga, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
A yoga practice with a strong emphasis on deep breathing, core connection, and overcoming stiffness or pain in the body. All fitness levels welcome.

To cancel a group fitness registration, click here. Once you log in, click on the "Schedule" button and hit "Cancel" next to the class you want to cancel.
