This class is designed to focus on total body muscular strength and endurance. Equipment can be used but is not required to attend. All fitness levels welcome.
Yoga, Tuesdays from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. & Fridays from 12:00 - 12:50 p.m.
A yoga practice with a strong emphasis on deep breathing, core connection, and overcoming stiffness or pain in the body. All fitness levels welcome.

HOW TO CANCEL REGISTRATION
To cancel a group fitness registration, click on the Account Login button above. Once you log in, click on the "Schedule" button and hit "Cancel" next to the class you want to cancel.
