If you haven’t already, you’ll be hearing from your assigned coach by email with more details on your accountability team and pre-program group meeting.
To prepare for the program, please complete the following:
Read the Elements Program Guide and reach out to your coach with questions.
Compile your schedule/availability for the month of May. You’ll be planning all your workouts during your pre-program group meeting.
Take the meal plan survey and pick the plan that best fits your lifestyle.
Grab your grocery list and go shopping.
Get ready for a month of personal and physical growth.
